Sound bath relaxation

One of the most essential parts of overall wellbeing is deep, restorative relaxation on a regular basis.

Enjoying a sound bath is a wonderful way to enter a meditative state allowing the body time re-balance and rejuvenate.

The healing sounds will help you bring about a deeply relaxed state, similar to that achieved during a deep meditation.

The vibrations of the sound bath are a wonderful holistic therapy affecting all levels of your being – mind, body, soul & spirit.

The sound waves gently stimulate the physical body and it’s subtle energy fields, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Sound baths are based on the understanding that all forms of matter, including our body’s cells, vibrate at different frequencies which when stimulated appropriately can improve your physical and emotional health and well-being.

During the Sound bath you’ll be lying down on your mat. Add a bolster, pillow and a blanket to make sure you can rest in a comfortable position, relax and close your eyes. Just enjoy the experience and let the vibrations take effect.

Sound healing gong bath can help with:

  1. physical pain and discomfort
  2. long term health problems
  3. stress
  4. anxiety
  5. depression
  6. insomnia etc.
